I had never heard of Buxom lipsticks until recently, so I was excited to try this set out. Lately I have been really into the twist up lipsticks. I find the packaging to be sleek, it twists up smooth and applies just beautifully. You can do a light coat, or build it up for a “full-on” lipstick. Unfortunately this mint flavor in this lipstick is very overpowering. But that is my only complaint. Your lips will feel really cold and start to tingle. Buxom does state though that both the lipstick and lip cream plump and tingle the lips.

Now the lip cream is ULTRA creamy with absolutely NO stickiness. I cannot get over how much I love the formula on these lip creams. The mint flavor is pretty intense when applied, but I didn’t mind it too much since mint is one of my favorite scents. My favorite thing about the lip cream is that it is shimmer and glitter free. It almost appears matte when applying, but then sheers out. I can see myself buying the full size of this product in my very near future for sure!
