I received a few of these products as samples from a recent Sephora order, and decided to put together a bunch of products to give you my first Impressions on. Since there are quite a few items I am going to break this up into part 1 and part 2. Hope you enjoy! Let me know if you have tried any of these, and what your experience was.
I really liked the way the Becca Cosmetics Under Eye Brightening Corrector and Backlight Priming Filter looked paired together. I don’t necessarily see myself ever purchasing the under eye corrector. It does do a good job at brightening, but that is about it. Now for the priming filter, I think I am going to get this in full size. This primer is hydrating, luminous and leaves a nice tacky base for makeup to stick to.
Benefit Cosmetics Goof Proof Brow Pencil is absolutely amazing. I have tried a few different brow products.. and let me tell you this one might be my new favorite. I am in love with the way it grips to the brow and skin. The name goof proof fits the product quite well since I find it super easy as they say to shape and fill in the brows.
L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Mascara is great at adding volume to your lashes, not so much length.Since I already have extremely long eye lashes that does not bother me. But I really like how you can build up this product without it getting clumpy. Also, I love how black the formula is on this mascara. So far I have not had any flaking or any other issues. I am definitely going to keep using this.
NARS Cosmetics Orgasm Blush looks pretty intense at first sight, but when applied it is the most perfect flush of pink to your cheeks. I noticed after I applied it that it gave a nice glow to the face. Also, the product is great because it is extremely build able if you are looking for a more glam look.
Tatcha Balanced Pore Perfecting Water Gel Moisturizer is soooo interesting. It definitely has a gel like consistency which is very different than your typical moisturizer. Once applied, your face looks extremely luminous and shiny. It leaves a tacky feeling on the skin after it dries down. I feel as though this would be a great 2 in 1 moisturizer and primer.
Stay tuned for part 2! xoxo wild4makeup
