“Born This Way is an oil-free foundation that masterfully diffuses the line between makeup and skin. For coverage so undetectable, you can’t see the makeup and you can’t see imperfections—all that’s left is naturally radiant skin that looks like you were Born This Way.”
I picked up the shade Porcelain – (Fair with Neutral-to-Pink Undertones) … but I think I might have to swap it out for the new shade Snow (Very Fair with Neutral-to-Pink-Undertones) because I am suuuuper white right now. The shade Porcelain is just a tad too yellow for my skin tone.
On to the review.. I really do like this foundation ✓ It is definitely a medium to full coverage foundation, but it does not leave you looking cakey. I really feel the foundation does a good job at mimicking skin. Unlike some makeup products, this one smells heavenly. I believe it has to do with the fact that one of the main ingredients is Coconut Water. The coconut water is known to be rich in electrolytes which helps dehydrated skin. I have extremely dry skin, so when I heard this, I knew it would be a winner for me. I do not find this foundation to emphasize dry patches. The ONLY con is that sometimes I find it slipping off. Maybe it has to do with the fact I touch my face quite a lot near my chin throughout the day. Has anyone else had this issue?
All in all, I recommend trying this.
