The product is “hypo-allergenic with a neutral pH is compatible with all skin types. It can also help remove perspiration, ocean salt, and pool chlorine from the skin.” One thing I have to state is that it DOES NOT set your makeup.. However it does help take away the powdery look. The makeup seems to soak into your skin a little better rather than sitting on top of your face.
