Okay so lately I have been on the hunt for a setting powder.
Florida heat is just death on makeup..

Someone told me to give E.L.F’s makeup setting spray a try. Let me say this stuff feels and smells great.. BUT I am not really sure if it is doing anything to set the makeup. I find myself touching my cheeks or or under my eye and my foundation rubs off.
